Everyone using Helica is subject to the terms and conditions described on this page. We reserve the right to change these terms whenever required, without notice.

User content hosting

Helica is built around managing and sharing user content (files, images, conversations, …). To achieve this, we need to process and store your data. By using Helica, you give us permission to do so. This does not give us ownership over your content, you retain all rights to the content you upload, publish, or otherwise share through Helica.

Acceptable use

Helica may only be used for legal purposes. Uploading, storing, sharing, or discussing anything in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, any material that is protected by copyright or trademark, or anything obscene, defamatory, or threatening.

Your account

You are responsible for all activity on your account, and for keeping the information in your account accurate and current. We may suspend or terminate your account without the right to a refund, if you violate these terms of service.

Pricing

Our pricing is exclusive of VAT or other taxes, unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing at any moment, with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.

Service availability

We strive for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Helica. You recognise that occasional unavailability will occur. In case Helica is temporarily unavailable, consult the status page which monitors the current status of all parts of the Helica platform.

Limitation of liability

To the extend permitted by applicable law, Helica and its operator Epic Teddy vof will not be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

If you find any content that is illegal or in any other way violates these terms of service, please reach out to abuse@helica.app so we can take appropriate action.
